Gabriel is also a professor of the Sound Healing discipline of the postgraduate course in Music Therapy at the Biomedical Institute of Music. Born in Mexico, Ricardo grew up studying the traditional ways of his people in the Toltec community of Teotihuacan.
He bears the Toltec name Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli and is one of the spiritual leaders of his community. Founder of the Toltec Cultural Center of Teotihuacan A.C. and the Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli Teopanacazco Native Dance Group, aimed at the preservation and dissemination of the indigenous cultures of Mexico with an emphasis on the Toltec Teotihuacan culture.

As a U.S. board-certified Chinese medicine practitioner, she integrates her expertise in health and wellness with her professional background in movement, sound, and dance to create multi-sensory learning experiences.
She started teaching taiji quan (tai chi), qigong, and dance in 2011 and has since added sound therapies, mat yoga and aerial yoga to her repertoire. She works with groups and individuals and is a speaker and facilitator for corporate events and academic institutions. She distills universally applicable methods and knowledge from a variety of sources, ensuring that every participant can connect with and benefit from the material, regardless of their background, experience, chosen identity, or lifestyle preferences.
